Breathwork and Sound Ceremony
Join us for a night of journeying inward, guided by the medicine of Breath, Healing Sound, and Cacao. This ancient breath technique was made popular more recently by pioneers like the Groffs, Wim Hoff and others and goes by many names (holotropic, conscious connected, rebirthing etc.). It involves circular and continuous mouth breathing which empowers the nervous system to rewire deep internal patterning and help us drop into a deep state of conscious awareness. By breathing in this way we can introduce the breath of life (Prana, Qi) back into our experiences and traumas and thereby invite the flow of breath to integrate unprocessed emotions and experiences. Just like a psychedelic journey, the experience varies wildly from extreme bliss to heavy emotion (and everything in between) and we encourage keeping expectations open to whatever needs to come through.
On this night we will be initiating our time together with the ancient medicine of ceremonial Cacao which is a mineral rich, ancient heart-opening medicine, vasodilator, and a beautiful teacher who will help us drop into the experience. This will be an opportunity inviting you to breathe deeper and fuller and have an experience that takes you beyond the mind and into a more primal/soul state of body and mind. With the combination of this activating breath, the heart opening Cacao, and ending with a sound bath: soaking in the healing music provided by Alla and Will, we will emerge as more whole versions of ourselves, feeling deeply connected and more aligned with our calling. Breathwork and Cacao Zoom Sessions
Join me in combining two powerful modalities (Ceremonial Grade Cacao and Breathwork) for transformational experiences. These sessions will be held on Mondays at 7PM weekly (PST).
“Breathwork” is a specific type of breathing that is activating and can be powerful and cleansing. It is also known as Holotropic, Wim Hoff, or Conscious Connected Breath, and takes you into a heightened state of consciousness via the sympathetic nervous system. It will leave your nervous system feeling balanced and blissed.

Sound Immersion

This night will be a powerful sound bath experience. It will include gentle movement followed by deep soothing sound lead by local musicians

About this event:
This experience will be facilitated by Will Pate and Alla Rahka McKeon, Santa Barbra locals who share a deep love of sound, music and its healing potential. Will is one of the instructors at Power of Your Om and is a lover of all things sound, healing, and music. He is about to go to Switzerland with his partner for three months to study Gong Meditation (this event will be a little send off for him and will directly help fund his trip!). Alla Rahka is a local musician and sound healer who has a depth of knowledge and love for all things Sound and Vibration. Get ready for this relaxing experience that will deeply nourish your nervous system, ease the mind and nourish your soul!
