My style is deeply rooted in the Vinyasa and Hatha yoga traditiona. It involves a deliberate yet unhurried flow, seamlessly integrated with pranayama techniques and bodyawareness. Emphasizing a natural and explorative approach to movement, my practice incorporates a keen awareness of proprioceptive atunement, Bhandas, foundational anatomical alignment, and proactive integrative strengthening.
